Our orders provide jobs for disadvantaged women who are live in impoverished communities, each supporting families of 5 and bigger from all over South Africa. Siyavuma seeks sponsorship to bring the women in for training on the sewing and manufacture of each product. The main aim of this training is to teach the crafters to create commercially viable products in order for us to promote their goods in a sustainable manner. During this time they are fed and cared for by the company, in addition they receive payment for the work done as well as transport money. The orders not only increase the women monthly income but allow them to improve their sewing skills and enables them, to increase their product range and aid growth o their businesses.
